“”The name “SWILLBARBER” speaks for it self. Here we celebrate one of the worlds oldest professions in one of Rochester’s oldest neighborhoods. Swillburg dates back to the 19th Century, where George Goebel ran one of the city’s most prominent pig farms and collected garbage “swill” for their feed. This is not your typical barbershop were crowds gather in line to be groomed in close quarters. This barbershop operates by appointment only. Your own personal barber will patiently provide a clean and comfortable private traditional barber service.
