What is Hot Pot? Our definition: Enjoy your healthy cooking at your own pace, while enjoying your company. Chinese hot pot, sometimes people refer to as Chinese fondue, consists of a simmering metal pot with broth at the middle of the table. Ingredients are brought to the table uncooked so you can cook it the way you want it. Typical dishes are raw meet (thinly sliced), seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, and our well-known handmade noodles. Then the cooked food is dipped into our special sauces. You can then add our own making hot sauce. We provide both meat-based broth and vegetable broth so vegetarian can enjoy the same experience. Is hot pot style cooking healthy? Yes. Since hot pot is not typical stir-fried or deep-fried, so there is no excess oil in cooking. All the ingredients are natural without added preservatives.
